BANDUNG, kemahasiswaan.itb.ac.id – In doing business, several factors must be developed. Its concerns the company's development and the character of the entrepreneur himself. One of the Alumni of ITB, Bambang Setiawan, said that entrepreneurship is an infinite game that is continuous and carried out continuously. Because basically, humans are someone who must continue to grow as a business is so dynamic.

"Initially, I started to decide to become an entrepreneur because of economic needs. While studying at ITB at the first level, I started a small business. I was doing it because I wanted to lighten the burden on my parents. Then it was thanks to those experiences during college that finally made entrepreneurship my life's goal," he explained when he became a Saturday Lesson speaker online (27/8/2022).

During his business experiences, he concluded that eight self-characters must be developed when a person becomes an entrepreneur and must develop six things in building a business. The eight self-characters that need to be developed are, competing in doing good, being a facilitator to facilitate other people's affairs, prioritizing obligations over demanding rights, prioritizing public interests over personal interests, being concerned with building added value in business products so that they continue to innovate, and so on. Etc.

The activity, which lasted for two hours, was opened by the Head of Sub-Directorate for Professional Development and Student Entrepreneurship, Directorate of Student Affairs ITB, Hafiz Aziz Ahmad S.Sn., M.Sn, Ph.D., It has been moderated by 2006 ITB alums Ahmad Zuhdi' Allam.
