BANDUNG, kemahasiswaan.itb.ac.id – Youth may fade, but the passion to keep transforming remains young. This was the central message delivered by Thessalivia Reza from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) (Persero) Tbk during her presentation at the ITB Career Center event (Titian Karir ITB 2025). Carrying the theme “Shaping the Future Together with BRI’s Transformation,” she showcased how BRI continues to stay relevant and adaptive even after 129 years of establishment.
“BRI survived because we consistently embrace transformation,” Thessalivia said. This transformation is far more than a buzzword. BRI has even given this journey a name: BRIVolution. It began with the launch of BRIMO in 2021—a digital retail banking app—and continued with QLola for the corporate sector. These innovations reflect BRI’s effort to evolve alongside the changing demands of the times.
The year of 2024 marked a major milestone with the launch of BRIVolution 3.0, a bold vision to position BRI as “The Most Trusted Lifetime Financial Partner for Sustainable Growth.” Achieving this vision, Thessalivia stated, requires exceptional human resources who are driven to success and high-performing.
Those who work at BRI are known as BRILians—a term that symbolizes not only excellence at work but also holistic well-being. BRI places serious emphasis on employee welfare through the BRILian Well-Being program. This initiative aims to foster comprehensive happiness: from financial and physical health to mental and social well-being.
One tangible example is BRI’s support for personal development and hobbies. With over 25 internal communities, employees can pursue their interests.
“If you enjoy music, running, photography, or anything else, BRI has a community for you. And everything is fully supported,” Thessalivia explained.
In addition, opportunities such as overseas master's scholarships and fast-track career programs for outstanding employees are available, reflecting BRI’s commitment to individual growth.
This internal transformation runs parallel to BRI’s broader contribution to the nation. As one of the country’s top-performing banks, BRI has become the largest dividend contributor to the state, reaching 25 trillion rupiah. These funds are also channeled toward national development in education, infrastructure, and other strategic sectors.
In closing,Thessalivia invited students to explore more about BRI through social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, or via BRI’s official website. “BRI isn’t just about banking—it’s about growing together, and building a nation sustainably,” she concluded
